Douglas Rooker has been named Chief Sales Officer
Douglas Rooker has been named Chief Sales Officer at Employee Loan Solutions Inc, the company behind the TrueConnect employee benefit program. Prior to joining TrueConnect, Rooker held several leadership positions including nine years as VP of Sales and Business Development at Purchasing Power in Atlanta, GA.

TrueConnect was recently added to the PlanSource benefits enrollment platform, which will be bringing TrueConnect to over 10,000 employers representing 3.5MM employees. Rooker leads a sales team that includes Walt Podgurski, former CEO of the Workplace Benefits Association and author of the Podguski Daily Insurance Report, a newsletter for benefits brokers.

TrueConnect is a voluntary employee benefit program offered at no cost or financial risk to employers. Once enrolled, employees can access a small loan from an FDIC insured federal bank up to $3000 depending on income. A credit score is not used to determine eligibility so all employees, regardless of credit history, can qualify. Loans are repaid through automatic payroll deductions over a full year term. Free credit counseling is also available to any employee taking a TrueConnect loan.
